Elingshop Return & Exchange Policy

14-Day Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition – unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Ensure you retain the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs: Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

How to Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@elingshop.com. Please be aware that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon receipt. If you discover any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We'll assess the issue and ensure it's promptly resolved.

Final Sale Items: All sales items are final – no returns or exchanges will be honored for these items.

Exchanges: For a swift exchange, we recommend returning the item you have and placing a separate order for the new item. This ensures you get what you want without delay.

Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
